I saw a billboard this weekend for tatto removal that said $50 per sq inch..that could get expensive fast! I watched them do it on a show not to long ago. It was a guy who helps get ex gang members starightened up and they start by removing the gang related tattoos...poor guys looked on the verge of tears and they were tough guys... Javier Colgan
