Okay, first off, they should be able to remove the tattoo whether it is colorful or not. It just takes time. Go to a treatment, wait 6 months, then go to another treatment. Like I said, just takes time because of the color. If it were black and white, that would be a different story because then it would be removed in one treatment. You could always go to this site and look at Tattoo Removal places as well. Make sure you check to see what they do and what their techniques are as well.</description>
